  • Roadway Improvements: Two projects were in construction in January 2015 to rehabilitate several streets. The roadway improvements were divided into two separate projects given their different funding sources.

 

One project included street and roadway improvements to the following street segments: W. 156th Street from Condon Avenue to Hawthorne Boulevard W. 153rd Place from Condon Avenue to Mansel Avenue Rixford Avenue from Manhattan Beach Boulevard frontage to end of cul-de-sac.

A second project included street and roadway improvements to the following street segments in the City: Burin Avenue from W. 145th Street to Marine Avenue W. 169th Street from Hawthorne Boulevard to W. 170th Street Freeman Avenue from W. 166th Street to Redondo Beach Boulevard Condon Avenue from Rosecrans Avenue to W. 147th Street W. 171st Street from Hawthorne Boulevard to Freeman Avenue Firmona Avenue from Manhattan Beach Boulevard to Artesia Boulevard.
